| Location comment (Entry): | There is no locality and environment indicated in the fieldbook, but in the protologue, from where the data was taken and put into square brackets. In the protologue Rauh indicates as elevation of locus classicus «500 m. s. m.», which must be wrong as Puyo is situated at 1000 m asl. A re-collection of a similar (maybe identical) Tillandsia-species in Northern Peru near Moyobamba (Dept. San Martin) was not made at 500 m asl as well, as written in the protologue, because Moyobamba has an altitude of 850 m asl. [CNS 2015-10-29] |
